The Fielding industrial area is populated with old buildings that have focused on the needs of the local mining industry. This building specifically consisted of unique heavy industrial and extractive industrial functions.
Our work focused on the careful evaluation and renovation of a steel structure in order to lengthen the building's operational lifespan. Specifically, we updated the energy performance, structure, finishes, and M&E operational capacity to meet the needs of a new tenant. The building can now continue to support local industries.
