Meetings
We work as a remote office across Ontario. We come to you, or arrange a meeting wherever suits you. For distant sites, we often fly in.
Useful to include
- The property address and what is there now
- What you want to build or change, and roughly when
- A budget range, if you have one
- Any survey, drawings, photos or zoning information you already have
- For several properties, a list of addresses and current uses
How an enquiry becomes a project.
Conversation
We reply to set up a call about the property, your goals and timing, and tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
Proposal
We send a written proposal with scope, phases and fees. If the right next step isn't clear yet, we propose a feasibility review first.
Feasibility or concept
Site review, constraints, approvals path and early options, with cost modelling where it helps a decision.
Design, approvals and construction
Design development, permit drawings, consultant coordination and construction administration.
