We have rezoned this site from industrial to residential so that the development can better accommodate the overall objectives of Sudbury's official plan. The unfilled triangular wedge of land along Cambrian Heights drive was also recently acquired and will now inform the final configuration of the residential units.

The site will be arranged to meet the needs of those in the baby boomer demographic who are seeking a transition to a supportive residential community but want to retain their access to the surrounding landscape. The buildings will be pre-engineered single story structures in order to help lower costs while maintaining the finished assembled qualities.
