CAMBRIAN HEIGHTS

We have rezoned this site so the development can effectively accommodate the overall objectives of Sudbury's official plan. The separately owned unfilled triangular wedge of land along Cambrian Heights drive was also included and will now inform the final configuration.

Parametric tools were used to fine tune the placement of the building and site features according to fluid cost estimates. This process can significantly improve design and budgetary alignment. We also designed the project using virtual reality tools.

The site will be arranged to meet the needs of the local light industrial activity with minimal reconfiguration to the existing outcrops of bedrock. The buildings will be pre-engineered structures in order to help lower costs while maintaining the finished assembled qualities.
