The outdated existing building was renovated thoroughly including: envelope, entry frame, loading dock addition, ramp with foundation underpinning, parking, garbage enclosure, interior layouts, overhead doors, windows, etc. The renovation and addition were originally prepared for an unknown future tenant.

We subsequently provided the tenant fit-up work. Habitat for Humanity’s Restore became the ideal tenant for this development where rehabillitation of existing goods will continue to be supported in a renewed building.
